For confirmation of booking request (through any medium) we require advance deposit. All bookings are stated confirmed only after receipt of advance deposit. Cancellation Policy

• 25% of complete booking amount will be charged on cancellation before 30 days from check-in date.
• 50% of complete booking amount will be charged on cancellation before 15 days from check-in date.
• No refunds are entitled or can be claimed in case, cancellation within 15 days from check-in date

Deposits made for booking and reservations are not transferable.
Driver accommodation is not available. Accommodating driver is sole discretion of The Kothi Heritage.

Amenities / facilities we do not provide
We do not have lift and swimming pool at The Kothi Heritage. It is a boutique hotel.
All rooms are non-smoking rooms i.e. we do not allow smoking in rooms.
Smoking is Allowed only in open area.
Extra person of age 5 or above years will be charged additionally.
